“Let me get back to you (on that.)” 是生活及工作上都很常用的句子
意思是「我晚一點會(針對那件事)回覆你」
用在當下無法給對方一個肯定的答案或決定時
也可說 I’ll get back to you (on that.)
比如：
A: Would you like to see a movie together this weekend?
(想不想這周末一起去看電影？)
B: My sister might be in town for a visit. Let me get back to you on that.
(我姐可能會從外地來看我。我晚點再回覆你。)
A: The total amount doesn’t seem right. Could you double-check it for me?
